Requirement:
1.
Education background: Bachelor or above in overseas
studying (BA/MA/Doctor diploma) or working experience
(USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South
Africa only) is strongly preferred.
2. Working
experience: Minimum 2 year English teaching
experience.
Key
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare lessons and
organize your teaching equipments in good
condition.
2. Develop suitable teaching
strategies for different level students.
3.
Write period assessments about students’ achievement,
progress and expectation according to the company
policy.
4. be responsible of students’ progress
in English speaking and listening.
5. Maintain
the students and course
records.
Other
Responsibilities:
1. Give level tests and
evaluate students’ English speaking abilities on the
system.
2. Support centre social activities,
outdoor classes, communication clubs, even on
weekends.
3. Work out teaching manuals
allocated by educational research centre.
4.
Create homework system related to textbook
teaching.
5. Cooperate administrative work and
projects, choose proper textbooks for extra
curriculums.
6. Collect English teaching
resources
